By trade, we are licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and Certified Lactation Counselors. We have a combined 14 years of experience in a level 4 NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and acute children's hospital. Our specialities are infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. 
 
In addition, we have experience navigating the rehabilitation realm including, pediatric outpatient facilities, public school therapy, and home health services. This has allowed us to gain key knowledge and skills in diagnosing and treating a variety of feeding and swallowing disorders, as well as speech, language, and cognitive disorders. 
 
As we grew in our profession, we saw a need in the community for a service to support moms and developing children. Throughout the years, because of our background, we have received countless questions and calls from friends and family on troubleshooting everything from breastfeeding and pumping, to bottle feeding refusals, how to transition to solids, supporting emerging speech skills, and truly everything in between. This has led us to create this company to be able to meet that need and to support moms through those challenges that come with infancy and the early childhood years. 

There is a multitude of sources, methods, and theories available and  it can be overwhelming to navigate through this information on your own.  We aim to create individualized care for your child based upon your baby’s needs and the goals/lifestyle of your family during these crucial stages of development. Combining these ideals, with our career experiences, and being moms ourselves, we are passionate about encouraging other mom’s along this crazy journey of raising children.
